Internal Application Procedure
- Complete application form - Deadline Friday 30 January 2026
- Attendance at course discussion meeting - week commencing Monday 2 March 2026
- Following a successful meeting conditional offer letters will be sent week commencing Monday 9 March 2026
External Application Procedure
- Complete the application form - Deadline Friday 24 April 2026
- Attendance at a course discussion meeting - Week commencing Monday 4 May 2026 if requested by Orion Eden Park Sixth Form. At the course discussion meeting applicants must bring details of predicted grades.
- Conditional offer letters will be sent following a successful meeting week commencing Monday 18 May 2026.
Applications received after this date will be acknowledged and you will be placed on the waiting list.

Appeal procedure against rejection of a place at Eden Park Sixth Form
Applicants who believe they have been refused a place unfairly at OEP Sixth Form, may appeal in writing to the Head of Eden Park Sixth Form, within 20 days of being notified that your application was unsuccessful.
Upon receipt of the appeal, the Head of EOP Sixth Form will speak to the member of staff who spoke to the student and review the course discussion meeting notes, application form and the pupil recommendation form. On the basis of the evidence an informed judgement will be made. The Head of OEP Sixth Form may, if required, recall the applicant for further discussion about his/her application. The applicant will be informed in writing of the Head of OEP Sixth Form's decision. This will normally be within seven days of receipt of the appeal.
